For
Ordering Product
For
your own use or personal retail sales, ordering product is the first
step in beginning your AMSOIL business. Order AMSOIL products by
referring to the G-26 price list. To order Altrum products refer
to the G-326 price list. For literature and sales aids refer to
the G-15 price list. In Canada, we have a different set of price
lists, C-126. For AMSOIL products, the C-326 for Altrum products
and G-15 for literature and sales aids. Make sure you check for
the correct price list, to avoid delay in getting your products.
Add
discounts, sales tax and freight and handling. (Refer to the Puerto
Rico and New Zealand price lists in those countries.) AMSOIL INC.
has three methods to order products. Each is fast and easy. Once
ordered, AMSOIL and Altrum products will be shipped directly to
you, you may choose to pick them up at the AMSOIL Product Distribution
Center if you chose. Distribution Center locations and phone and
fax numbers are listed in the AMSOIL product price list.
1. For easy Toll Free Ordering:
a.
Refer to the appropriate price list, and then the quantity and stock
number of the products to be ordered.
b.
Have your Visa/MasterCard number available. If you don’t have a
credit card, you can pay for your product order through AMSOIL’s
Sales Draft Ordering System. Contact the AMSOIL Sales Department
for an application form.
c.
Dial 1-800-777-7094 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday
thru Friday. Or even easier inter-net web ordering from our Amsoil

2. For Mail-in Ordering:
a.
Refer to the appropriate price list, complete the G-29 Product Order
Form.
b.
Bring, mail or fax your completed G-29 Order Form to the AMSOIL
Product Distribution Center nearest you. For pick-up orders, call
in or fax the order beforehand.
c.
Include payment with mail-in orders.
3.
For Dealer-to-Dealer Sales:
a.
Refer to your price list and the G-1 Dealer-to-Dealer Order Form.
b.
Bring, mail or fax the G-1 Order Form to the Dealer from whom you
are purchasing product. When purchasing product from an AMSOIL Dealer
other than your sponsor, the Commission Credit Transfer section
of the Order Form must be signed by the selling Dealer and submitted
to AMSOIL by you, the purchasing Dealer. If you want the volume
credited to you account.

Sales
As
an AMSOIL Dealer, you purchase AMSOIL products at Dealer cost and
then sell them at the suggested retail price. You start building
immediately with retail profits and commission bonuses.

Catalog
Mail
order catalogs are used today by many of our most successful retail
companies. As an AMSOIL Dealer you can distribute AMSOIL Retail
Catalogs to thousands of potential customers. When they order from
your catalog, AMSOIL takes the order and ships the product. You
receive the retail profits and sales commissions.
Building
Your Sales Group
By
offering AMSOIL opportunity and sponsoring others as Dealers you
expand the market potential and maximize profits. The commission
value of your down-line is added to yours, increasing the percentage
of your commission and giving you a larger commission check. The
more Dealers you have in your organization, the more profits you
make.
Retail
On-the-Shelf Sales
Retail
On-the-Shelf accounts are retail outlets, auto parts stores and
hardware stores. These stores stock AMSOIL products to sell to their
customers. Once you’ve established a retail account, AMSOIL extends
them credit, takes their orders, ships their product, invoices the
product and collects the payment. You receive the commission check.

Commercial
Sales
Commercial
accounts are businesses, with vehicles, equipment and machinery
that use AMSOIL products. Again, once you’ve established a commercial
account, AMSOIL extends credit, takes the orders, ships the product,
invoices and collects payment. You receive the commission check.

The
most important step you can take toward running an efficient business
is to keep an accurate record of your expenses and income. As an
AMSOIL Dealer, you have a few sources of record keeping. One, is
the accounting services offered by AMSOIL, including state/provincial
sales tax collection, payment of down-line commissions and the issuance
of Federal Income Tax Form 1099 to your down-line Dealers. Another
very helpful one I use is AMSWIN at http://www.amswin.com/
The
AMSOIL Computer Department also offers a variety of monthly bookkeeping
packages. Another source of record keeping is the steps you can
take to provide complete account-ability for all your business transactions.
These include a separate checking account for your AMSOIL business,
keeping all your sales receipts and recording your inventory. On
the 15th of every month, AMSOIL will mail you a commission check
if you earned at least 100 commission credits. The check shows how
your commissions were earned. Attached to the check will be a Statement
of Account that lists every order or transaction to your account
for the previous calendar month. When you have established commercial
and retail accounts, AMSOIL will send you a Commercial/Retail Account
Bonus check on the 18th of each month for all orders paid in full
during the preceding month.
Promoting
Your Business
AMSOIL
INC. promotes AMSOIL and Altrum products, as well as the AMSOIL
opportunity, through a variety of methods, including national print,
radio and television advertising. You, as an independent business,
are encouraged to promote your business locally, nationally and
internationally. The choice of promotional methods, whether it’s
traditional advertising, Yellow Pages, direct mail, trade shows
or just passing out retail catalogs, is totally dependent on you
and your area. AMSOIL INC. does provide co-op advertising programs.
Corporate
Support
In
addition to coop advertising, AMSOIL provides a vast selection of
brochures, catalogs, videos and other promotional and sales support
materials specifically designed to aid you in your efforts. In addition,
the company publishes a monthly magazine – Action News - an invaluable
sales resource filled with new product information, sales tips and
Dealer profiles. AMSOIL’s professional corporate staff is standing
by to assist you every step of the way. Technical support from the
AMSOIL corporate headquarters in Superior, Wisconsin is only a phone
call away, and Dealer training programs focusing on successful sales
and marketing techniques occur on a regular basis throughout the
country. And of course, sponsor support and Dealer meetings are
an integral part of the sales network’s built-in support system.

The
commercial and retail account applications are for businesses. Commercial
accounts are for businesses that will use it for their business
ONLY. They are not allowed to resell the product. Retail Accounts
are for the auto parts stores, etc. that would like to retail the
products. You can make a significant amount of money by signing
these accounts up and servicing them.
The
dealer applications are used to sign up new dealers under you. The
people you sign up can begin using their dealership as soon as AMSOIL
receives the application and processes it. They will be sent a dealer
number and can begin passing out business cards, etc. as soon as
they receive their dealership number in the mail.
The
retail and commercial account applications are the G-1001 and G-1007.
You will need to have these and know how to use them in order to
start picking up the big accounts. Commercial accounts earn you
10% profit. Retail accounts earn you 20%. Not bad. These are just
the basics, but you are welcome to call and discuss this with us
